We do not collect device information, GPS location, or cookies/tracking technologies.

3. How We Use Your Information

• Create and manage your customer account.
• Enable store entry and purchases via QR code.
• Process payments securely through Stripe.
• Deliver purchase receipts to your account.
• Allow you to raise disputes and view refunds.

4. Payments and Card Information

• All payments are processed by Stripe.
• Stripe securely stores your card details; we only receive limited details (last four digits, expiry date, card type).
• You can manage up to 3 cards in the App and set one as the default.

5. Data Sharing

We may share your data only in the following cases:

Store Management – For purchase tracking, dispute resolution, and refunds (limited to receipts, last four digits of card, expiry date, card type).

6. Data Retention

• Your account remains active until you delete it.
• Purchase receipts and dispute records are retained as long as required by law and for accounting purposes.
• If you delete your account, we will remove personal details except where retention is legally required (e.g., transaction logs).

Terms & Conditions and End User License Agreement (EULA)

These Terms & Conditions and End User License Agreement govern your use of the Customer Mobile App, provided by DIGIT7 LLC. By creating an account, logging in, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Purpose of the App

The App is designed to let customers:

• Register and log in to their account.
• Add and manage payment cards (via Stripe).
• Generate a store entry key and scan it to enter.
• Make purchases in DIGIT7-enabled stores.
• Automatically pay for purchases using the default saved card.
• View receipts, raise disputes, and request refunds.
• Access customer support and feedback features.

2. End User License Agreement (EULA)

• The App is licensed, not sold, to you by DIGIT7 LLC.
• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App for personal shopping purposes only.
• You may not:
  • Copy, modify, or distribute the App.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to access the source code.
  • Use the App for fraudulent or unauthorized activity.
• This license terminates if you violate these Terms or delete your account.

3. Account Registration & Security

• You must provide accurate details (first name, last name, email address).
• Your email is your primary account ID and cannot be changed.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• Any action taken under your account will be treated as your action.

4. Payments

• Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
• DIGIT7 does not store your full payment details; only Stripe handles card data.
• You may add up to three cards and must set one as your default payment method.
• When you exit the store, the cost of your purchases will be automatically charged to your default card.
• By using the App, you authorize Stripe to process your payments.

5. Refunds & Disputes

• You may raise disputes directly in the App under the Receipts/Disputes section.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the store’s return and refund policy.
• DIGIT7 is not responsible for refund decisions; the store has the final authority.

6. Authorized & Prohibited Use

• You may only use the App for lawful purchases in authorized stores.
• You must not:
  • Use someone else’s account or payment card.
  • Enter false, fraudulent, or misleading information.
  • Attempt to bypass security, hack, or misuse the App.
• Any fraudulent use may result in suspension, termination, and legal action.

7. Receipts & Records

• All purchases, payments, and refunds will be logged in the App.
• You may access your past receipts at any time.
• Records are retained as required for compliance and accounting.

8. Availability & Maintenance

• We may update, suspend, or discontinue the App for maintenance or upgrades.
• We are not liable for interruptions caused by third-party networks, Stripe, or unforeseen outages.

9. Limitation of Liability

• The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
• We are not responsible for:
  • Payment failures caused by Stripe or your bank.
  • Unauthorized use of your account due to loss of credentials.
  • Issues with refunds are governed by store policies.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for using the App (if any).

10. Termination

• You may delete your account at any time through the App.
• We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, commit fraud, or misuse the App.
• Upon termination, your license to use the App ends immediately.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States (Texas jurisdiction).
• If required, disputes will be resolved under applicable arbitration or legal processes.

12. Changes to These Terms

• We may update these Terms from time to time.
• Continued use of the App after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
