• Store Interaction Data: Store selected, inventory adjustments made, timestamps, and user IDs. 
• Access Logs: Employee store entry and exit details for security and analytics.

3. How We Use Your Information

• Verify your identity and allow you to log in through the DIGITMART SaaS platform. 

• Process and record inventory adjustments (restocking, removing damaged/expired products). 

• Update your profile and password. 

• Maintain app functionality and fix technical issues (through crash logs). 

• Track store entry/exit for operational analytics and security. 

We do not use your data for marketing purposes.

All data is hosted in the United States on secure public cloud infrastructure managed by DIGITMART. We use:

• DIGITMART SaaS Platform – for authentication, data storage, and processing.

• After you leave, we only retain logs necessary for compliance, analytics, and security.

Terms & Conditions and End User License Agreement (EULA) 

Effective Date: 10 Sept 2025 

These Terms & Conditions and End User License Agreement govern your use of the Employee App, provided by DIGIT7 LLC for use in connection with the DIGITMART SaaS platform. By logging into and using the App, you agree to follow these Terms and accept this Agreement. 

1. Purpose of the App

The App is a tool for authorized store employees to: 

• Log in using their DIGITMART account. 

• Select a store location. 

• Adjust inventory (restock, remove damaged/expired products). 

• Update their profile information and password. 

2. End User License Agreement (EULA)

• This document also serves as the End User License Agreement (“EULA”) for the App. 

• The App is licensed, not sold, to you by DIGIT7 LLC for the sole purpose of performing your authorized work duties. 
• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App in connection with your employment. 
• You may not: 
  • Copy, modify, or distribute the App. 

• • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App. 

• Use the App for any purpose other than authorized store operations. This license automatically terminates when your employment ends or if you violate these Terms. 

3. Authorized Use

• You may only use the App if you are an active employee authorized by store management. 

• You must keep your login credentials secure and not share them with anyone. 

• Any action taken using your account will be treated as your action. 

4. Prohibited Use

You must not: 

• Access data or stores you are not authorized to manage. 

• Enter false, misleading, or fraudulent information. 

• Attempt to bypass security or interfere with the App’s functionality. 

• Make false, inaccurate, or non-real-time inventory updates without actually performing the corresponding actions in the store. 

5. Inventory Adjustments

• All inventory changes are logged with your username and timestamp. 

• You must only update inventory to reflect actual, real-time changes you are physically performing in the store. 

• You must not record adjustments that did not happen, or enter inventory data based on assumption, guesswork, or without verifying the actual products in the store. 

• Any intentional false or inaccurate inventory entry will disrupt autonomous store operations and may result in financial loss for the store. Such actions will be treated as a serious violation and may result in disciplinary action, including termination of access. 

• Management may review adjustments for accuracy and audit purposes. 

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and store your information. 

7. Availability and Maintenance

We may update, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time for maintenance or operational reasons. We are not responsible for delays or outages caused by technical issues or network providers. 

8. Limitation of Liability

• We are not responsible for errors in inventory caused by incorrect data entered by you. 

• We are not liable for losses resulting from misuse of your account credentials. 

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, the App is provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. 

• Our total liability is limited to the amount paid (if any) for use of the App. 

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access and license if you violate these Terms, leave employment, or if your account is deactivated by store management. 

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms. 

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA.
